Ink Jamming
You may have tired Art Jamming but never think of
using Chinese ink for improvised painting.
Ink Jamming workshop leverage the flow of Chinese ink and paint to cultivate positive energy. You are invited to leave behind the stress and fatigue in the city, and take time to reconnect with yourself and respond to the needs of body and mind in a proactive way. This hands-on workshop offers a safe space to express your feelings and thoughts through art, and it enhances better understanding of oneself through a deeper, more meaningful connection of the five senses. Make it a special gathering with your friends on the weekend.

Joanna To is a Registered Expressive Arts Therapist and Founder of “Arts for Change”。She started learning Chinese calligraphy since university and has participated in different exhibitions at the City Hall。She is passionate in integrating Chinese arts and mindfulness practices under the domain of expressive arts therapy.
