Mindful Labyrinth

Inner Peace is the Present

Labyrinth has been one of the oldest tools for contemplation besides religious ritual usages[1]. Considering the sacristy of space in Hong Kong, Finger Labyrinth is the perfect tool to take a moment for yourself to reflect, contemplate and transform. Labyrinth provides an unobstructed path from the entrance to the center, and then the same path back to the exit[2].

In the workshop, we will create a classic seven-circuit labyrinth with cotton thread on canvas. With the labyrinth ready, we will take the unique pathway with our finger to relax and contemplate. We will then transform our experience through painting on the canvas. Our Registered Expressive Arts Therapist will guide you throughout the creative process to express your feelings and thoughts while reconnecting with your body and mind.
